Three shows in three counties in under 24 hours. In late January of 2014, Nashville band Turbo Fruits worked the South Florida "County Grind." A term coined by former New Times music editor, Reed Fischer, used to describe the unique determination one must have to stay on top of the South Florida art and music scenes, by covering the physical distance from Miami all the way up to Palm Beach county. Promoting their album, BUTTER, the Fruits played Churchill's Pub in Miami, Radio-Active Records of Ft Lauderdale, and Propaganda in Lake Worth. All photos by Monica McGivern.
